I’ll be 25 this year. To make myself healthier, I decided to take on the challenge of drinking a gallon of water a day.
I don’t think it’s a big challenge because I love water and that’s the main thing I drink. Then I read several first-person articles about drinking a gallon of water a day and got scared. A gallon contains 128 ounces. This is not a small number,
And it immediately sounded more intimidating. I’m ready to tell you about my journey of drinking 128 ounces of water a day.

In addition to increasing my water intake, I’ve made some healthy choices in order to see the results.
I eat vegetables every day for lunch and try to eat a high-protein meal for dinner.
I drink 1 gallon of water every day. I felt the difference almost immediately. On the third day I woke up feeling much better.
If I hadn’t gone to bed at 3:30 in the morning, I would have woken up feeling great.
When I wake up in the morning, I feel more energetic. I don’t have a stuffed nose. My throat doesn’t hurt. My skin became smoother and even my digestion became better immediately.
But I should also mention that while I’m doing this, I eat healthily 85% of the time.
I’m human, so I have to enjoy high-calorie food with my family on weekends.
But overall, drinking a gallon of water a day makes me feel good.
